GETTING INVOLVED AT SCHOOL...
Ask your principal to announce a special day for March 21, International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
Start an AAR Club at your SCHOOL and spread the word about all humans truly being one people.
Have FUN!...all it takes is violet ribbon, your school artists to design posters, and some fundraising to reproduce your favourite poster and put prints in every classroom and the library. You may also wish to put the image on t-shirts or see our GIFT shop to get some of ours.
Ask your principal to air some of our Radio PSAs on your loudspeaker during morning announcements
Get your favourite school videographers to film top musicians and actors when they're in your town--interviewing them about racism--send us the clips, and we may put them in our TV/airline ads to air internationally.
Also, film students talking about their experiences with racism and/or thoughts on racism--they may get in our latest TV ad!
Do one of your projects on AAR.
As your teacher to make AAR online materials part of their curriculum as other schools have done.
